Rosemary Pear Spritzer Mocktail Beverage Recipe

The holidays are here, which means it’s time to celebrate with friends and family. Unfortunately, with the holidays also comes an increase in DWIs and alcohol-related crashes. To promote sober driving and keep our roadways free of alcohol-impaired drivers, we have this fun and tasty nonalcoholic drink recipe from Taylor Shaver with the FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar at the Radisson Blu at the Mall of America.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces rosemary simple syrup
  • 5 ounces pear juice
  • 1-ounce fresh lemon juice, or to taste

Directions

  • Pour ingredients into a highball glass over ice
  • Give it a nice stir

Serving

  • Garnish with a rosemary sprig
